The occurrence of postoperative complications after variousorthognatic surgery procedures is rare but all of them might belife-threatening complications. We report a case of a 22-yearoldfemale patient who underwent a bimaxillary orthognathicsurgery procedure and developed bilateral pneumothorax andpneumomediastinum.
